Notes:

Elements of Friction was formed by Ricky Phillips (ex-Bad English) and also includes Robin McAuley (ex-MSG), Tommy Aldridge (ex-everyone - Whitesnake, Ozzy Osbourne, Thin Lizzy) and Marcus Nand

Dan Reed wrote the track 'Who Is This Talkin'', originally for Bad English back in 1988, along with two other songs. None of the songs were used for the Bad English album

Dan Reed talked about the songs in Kerrang! magazine, 7 October 1989

'Who Is This Talkin'' grooves - the verse and bridge are really funky. The lyrics are a bit cheesy, and the chorus is straightforward AOR

The title and most of the chorus and verse groove were written by Dan Reed. Jonathan Cain and Ricky Phillips added a B verse to it and Ricky Phillips wrote the solo section

Ricky Phillips has a recording of the song being written. The lyrics were finished by Jonathan Cain and John Waite after that
